Whattup whattup. Bit of ReelTalk for you and it’s the trailer for the final chapter of the Saw franchise. It’s pretty short and tbh looks a little lame but I had hope for the series after the last couple films they got better. The 3D thing is played the fuck out thesedays but ehhh I guess if it brings in the money they do what they gotta. Gonna see this, granted I won’t be paying for it (that’s another matter, though) but anyways, hit play and enjoy, here’s your plot…
Survivors from Jigsaw’s previous traps gather to seek support of “self-help guru” and fellow survivor Bobby Dagen, but when Dagen’s own dark secrets are revealed, a new wave of terror is unleashed. Meanwhile, Mark Hoffman and Jill Tuck battle over Jigsaw’s legacy.
Whattup whattup. So movie trailers been slow recently but this is one I been waiting on. British made indie/horror flick Monsters comes to us around Haloween and it goes a little somethin’ like this…
Monster-like aliens have inhabbited and spread throughout central America, leading to the quarantine of half of Mexico in an attempt to contain the unknown. The U.S. and Mexican militaries are battling to protect humanity, with a wall stretching all the way along the American border. The story follows Andrew, an American photographer/journalist who’s trackin’ down the rich-kid daughter of his boss. What follows is their life threatening journey back to America through the ‘infected zone’ of Mexico, but is the trip really worth weighing up his life for the accolade of his employer? Enjoy
Whattup. Reel Talk for you here at Suit Up, and the brand new trailer. It comes in the form of the american remake of the critically acclaimed Swedish horror/drama, Let The Right One In – simply retitled ‘Let Me In’.
The basic premise of the film (for those who never caught the original) is as follows; A Quiet town in New Mexico, hidden away from the glamor of media whored crime and bright lights of its surroundings, becomes the setting for numerous violent, seemingly tortureous murders, and the playground of a young girl with an old secret. The girl, played by Kick-Ass’s Chloe Grace Moretz, soon becomes very close friends with a local boy, Owen, who spends his days hiding from the school bullies that continue to torment his childhood. What unfolds is a tale told from two angles, that of love and companionship on the part of Abby and her new found friend Owen, and that of how dark a path love and companionship can lead someone in the form of Abby and her father. Owen becomes suspicious as the killings lead him back to Abby, and finally discovers the connection between the two. Abby isn’t really who she says she is…
Finally. Hello by the way. Finally the trailer leaks. This is the first official trailer to leak for the latest film in the Resident Evil series, Resident Evil: Afterlife. The series continues from the last film, opening with Alice (Mila Jovovich) piloting a plane through a deserted mountain range onto the smoulders of a once glorious Los Angeles. The T virus has escaped, and with that, almost everyone is dead. What follows is Alice’s continuing war with the Umbrella Corporation, and this time, along with Clair Redfield (Ali Larter) they’re bringing the fight straight to Umbrella’s door. Whattup whattup. Movie talk here at Suit Up. The infamous Spanish horror flick Rec, which received worldwide recognition for it’s high paced, heart pounding first person shooting and storyline – was then adopted and horribly bastardized by Hollywood in the form of Quarantined. Fuck you Hollywood, fuck you. The good news falls that fans of the original version en Espanyol can go cop Rec 2 on DVD now, the bad news for these fans is Quarantined 2 will be the bastardized version Hollywood spits out this year. While I’m amped to see how they take off given the last filsm criticisms part of me is worried that the US franchis is gonna eclipse the Spanish and the true horror and adrenaline of the film is gonna be sucked out, but I guess we wait and see eh? Below’s the trailer for the Spanish version, Rec 2, which is modified for English speaking ears. No dubs just music amongst screams but it’s exactly as the first film, hard hitting, in your face and if you’re alone in the dark, fucking scary. Story picks up almost immediately after the first one concludes, with the Presenter of hit local documentary While You Were Sleeping being dragged off into the darkness. An elite team of troops assault the building looking for survivors, and among other things, an explanation, but none are in anticipation of what the fuck is about to happen. Enjoy the trailer, DEFINATELY cop the first film in Spanish with English subs as opposed to Quarantined and if you like that, you’re gonna love Rec 2 so again, DEFINATELY go cop that. We bringing back the horror genre this year baby
There are a few very fine things in life. Alcohol, HipHop, Movies and Whoures. Given we appreciate all these fine things the next news is gonna make those who also appreciate life’s wonders, pretty hyped. If you do or don’t know, Platinum Dunes has rebooted the Freddy franchise and this year, April I believe to be precise, we get a brand new script, a brand new Freddy, and a brand new Nightmare on Elm Street flick. The storyline (what storyline?) is the usual, the movie opens with Freddy Kruegar as a normal man, being chased by the residents of Elm Street kinda like Frankenstein was in all the old films, knives stakes etc. Freddy runs to an abandoned building which is subsequently set on fire, resulting in him becoming, visually, the Freddy Kruegar we all know and love. Plot follows him just like back in the day, stalking the children of Elm Street and using their nightmares to spring to life and kill them. As a horror fan I’m excited to see this, the reboot of the Friday the 13th franchise was a good one and showed that new life can be made outta the old classics, which is what the genre needs given the recent standard of films being made. Effects are gonna be far better than the old fashioned ones given the advances in techinology since then, and I’m told the character of Freddy is gonna be a lot darker and sinister, which is a relief given how fucking camp he got in the last films. Here’s the latest trailer, enjoy.
The sexiest horror movie has finally finished shooting after months of keeping horror fans waiting . It’s with the stunningly beautiful Megan Fox. The word is she is topless in the film. I cannot wait to see this.
PLOT: The story of a cheerleader who is possessed by a demon and starts feeding off the boys in a Minnesota farming town. Her “plain Jane” best friend must kill her, then escape from a correctional facility to go after the Satan-worshiping rock band responsible for the transformation.
As you may not of known by now… the 70’s horror film, “Piranha”, is being remade in 3D. I’m not too fond of remakes now days, but the reason I will go see it is because of the hot pictures that have leaked from the movie set.
Just in case you care about the plot, which I don’t because hot girls is really all we wanna see..
After a sudden underwater tremor sets free scores of the prehistoric man-eating fish, an unlikely group of strangers must band together to stop themselves from becoming fish food for the area’s new razor-toothed residents
This is set to hit theatres on March 19, 2010.
Here are pictures of Kelly Brook and Riley Steele (Porn Star) ENJOY!

HOT GIRLS GETTING SLICED AND DICED = GREAT ENTERTAINMENT
One of my favorite classic horror films, “House on Sorority Row” is being remade. I seriously cannot wait for this film. It comes out on October 2 as titled, “Sorority Row”. If you haven’t checked out the trailer..please do so.
I saw the trailer for “Pontypool” (canadian horror film), a couple weeks ago and I was really impressed. It’s a bummer because it comes out this Friday (5/29) here in the U.S, but it’s on a limited release to selected cities and there’s no word on the movie showing nearby any of the cities surrounding me, so i’m out of luck. HOWEVER, I just recently found out that IFC bought the film and they are going to release “Pontypool” on DVD in the U.S. on July 21st.
This movie looks great and I have heard NO negative reviews on this film ANYWHERE. It got released in Canada back in March and everyone in Canada is going nuts about it. So I’m really anticipated to check this film out when it hits the U.S.
The movie is about a deadly virus that infects a small Ontario town.
#2
Another movie I ran across was “Paintball”. The trailer for this just got released a couple days ago and it’s getting a lot of talk right now. It’s a spanish-horror film that’s directed by Daniel Benmayor. It’s about a group of young urban workaholics looking for extreme experiences signs up for a weekend of adventure. What started as a paintball battle soon becomes a human chase, theyre the preys and the hunter shoots real munition. Surviving is no longer a game.
Personally, I think this movie looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun. The trailer is made very well and it’s about paintballing which is awesome! haha. The movie is set to hit theatres in Spain on July 10, but no word on when it will hit the U.S. Most likely a couple months after which is usually how it is with international films.
(The trailer is in Spanish. There’s an english-language trailer circulating the net, but I couldn’t embed it, but you can check out the trailer in English by clicking HERE.
