New entry into the Hybrid Market

If you know me you know I am really into cars and car related accessories. However, this is not one of my interests. Kia has announced the Forte LPI Hybrid will go on sale in the US later this year as the replacement for the underwhelming Spectra. Korean spec cars feature a small electric motor and a liquefied petroleum injection engine, however our Forte will have a four cylinder engine. More interestingly is that the lithium polymer (li-poly) battery will be supplied by LG Chem, who is also supplying the same battery for the Chevy Volt meaning Toyota is on notice, check and mate. Regardless the only reason I posted this is because of the hot Korean girls next to the car which prompted me to add Korea to my list of places I will like to visit.
